Offshoot Film Festival announces 2014 film selections

The lineup includes 43 independent films across multiple genres including feature, short, documentary, animation, music video and films with connections to Arkansas. The festival is set for Oct. 2-5 at the University of Arkansas Global Campus, 2 E. Center St. in downtown Fayetteville.

Design work for a pedestrian pathway that will eventually span Interstate 94 down the middle of the South Huron Street overpass is moving forward. When complete, the pathway will allow pedestrians and bicyclists to more easily traverse between Ypsilanti Township and the city of Ypsilanti.
